Speckled Learners has been instrumental in assisting my son through some of his educational struggles. Because of his challenges, he struggled with reading and math. When our homework times became frustrating for both my son and I, I reached out to Ms. Sherrie with Speckled Learners for tutoring assistance.
We set our tutoring schedule to 2 days a week and those 2 days were quite helpful. We maintained this schedule for 3 years, until my son went to high school. She was super patient with him, diligently walking him through the areas and concepts that were difficult for him until he was able to comprehend and apply them. As a Covid Graduate, my son completed his high school journey being on the honor roll each year. There is no doubt in my mind that his success was attributed to the help he received from Ms. Sherrie. As an adult, whenever we are in her area, he always asks about her and says that he wants to see her. Ms. Sherrie has left a lasting impression on my son that I don't think he'll ever forget.
